Our most cost-effective option is our 2-person shared suite, which rents for $1,250.00/month total all-inclusive. Split evenly between roommates, this works out to just $625.00 per student per month.
Your rent is 100% all-inclusive. You never have to worry about utility account setups or surprise bills. Every suite includes:
- Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi
- All basic utilities (heating, hydro, water)
- Full furniture package (Murphy bed(s), study desk, seating, storage)
- Private ensuite washroom and in-suite kitchenette
Yes! Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is fully included with your suite so you can study, stream, and attend online lectures without extra monthly internet bills.
Since every suite comes fully furnished with major furniture and built-in kitchenettes, you only need to pack your personal belongings. Students supply their own:
- Bedding and linens
- Dishes, cookware, and cutlery
- A microwave oven (if desired)
- Personal study and living items
Suite Layouts & Roommates
Yes! Every single suite at Garden Park Place features its own private ensuite bathroom. You never have to wait for or share a bathroom with hallway neighbors.
Our suites range in size from approximately 375 sq. ft. to 425 sq. ft., intelligently designed with space-saving Queen Murphy beds to maximize living and study areas.
No. Students planning to live in a 2-person or shared unit are responsible for selecting and applying with their own chosen roommate.
Location, Transit & Parking
Absolutely. The St. Catharines Central Bus Terminal is located just a 2-minute walk from our front door. From this central transit hub, you can catch direct express buses straight to Brock University, Niagara College campuses, or anywhere else in the Niagara region.
We do not have private parking on the property. However, a municipal city parking garage is located directly behind our building, which offers convenient monthly parking passes for residents with vehicles. Indoor bicycle storage is also available.
Building Security, Amenities & Support
Safety is our top priority. The exterior of the building, all entrance doors, and internal common areas are continuously monitored by security camera coverage for resident peace of mind.
Yes. We have an on-site resident laundry facility equipped with commercial washers and dryers shared among tenants, so you never need to visit a laundromat.
We have a dedicated, accessible on-site superintendent available to assist you promptly with any maintenance requests or property questions that arise during your stay.
Lease Terms & Policies
Our standard lease agreements run for 12 months, starting from May through April to match the academic year. On occasion, we can accommodate shorter-term leases depending on current unit availability and time of year.
